Anxiety
If you have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, or Panic Disorder, you can find relief. Occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. Anxiety disorders involve more than temporary worry or fear.
For a person with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. Feelings of anxiety can interfere with daily activities such as job performance, school, work, and relationships.
Effective treatment for anxiety can help you "stop the train" of anxiety by teaching you how to relax your body, and your mind. The good news is that for most people, anxiety is easy to treat. You can learn the tools and techniques that heal anxiety and are simple to learn and are highly effective.
I have been working with treating anxiety for over twenty years. I am trained in a number of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy protocols for anxiety. In addition, I incorporate mindfulness practices and energy work in my approach to take clients deeper where together we can explore the roots of the anxiety.
“Our anxiety does not come from thinking about the future, but from wanting to control it.”
